1. Do you have a Store that I can visit or pick my order up at?

Yes we do. Song’s Gift Nook is located at 358 S. Pierre Street, Pierre, SD 57501

 2. When I place my order, when will I be charged?

You are charged for your order the moment you place the order. Our shopping cart automatically charges your card. The exception is for pre-order items. You are charged for those items when they become available and are shipped to you.

3. How do I know if a certain item is in stock?

We show inventory on our website. See the availability right above the add to cart button when viewing on the product page. You can also call us at 605-280-1310 or email us to check availability.

4. How do I check my order status?

Please Login to your account. You will see your order history and can check the status or find your tracking # there. You can also feel free to email us or call 605-280-1310 with your Order ID/Invoice Number or the full name the order is under and we can tell you when your order will ship.

5. When will my order ship?

We will make every effort to ship your order within two business days from our stock. While we stock a significant inventory to support both our retail store and our Internet customers, occasionally stock conditions require us to Special Order or Back Order an item to fulfill your order. We therefore request that you allow approximately seven to ten business days for delivery of your orders. In most cases, this will not be necessary, but we do appreciate your patience.

6. How do you ship?

We ship via USPS or UPS. All of our packages are shipped insured with tracking to protect against loss or damage.

7. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. You can use Amazon if you are ordering through the website. If you do not have a credit card or a Amazon account you can mail your order in with a Money Order (drawn in US funds).

8. What is your return policy?

Items may be returned or exchanged with the original receipt within 10 days of receiving. Any items being returned must be in original condition. See also: Refund and Returns Policy

9. How to I create a wishlist / bridal registry?

Find the item you would like to add to a wishlist or bridal registry and click on the Add to Wishlist / Registry button located on the product screen. That will give you options to name your list and set the visibility of it. Please note, you will be required to create an account so that the wishlist / registry will be saved. Also note that once an item from the list is purchased, it will automatically be removed from the wishlist / registry.
